I was having a problemftping and telnetting into my netbsd box, it was
taking forever as it tries to do a reverselookup on you when you ftp or
telnet in. My ISP does not and will not support reverse lookup on their
dns, so I simply added a hosts file in /etc with all the addresses in it
as such
208.223.124.62 iceberg2@nxco.com
wich is the machine Im telneting in frm, but now it wont let me in at all,
there are not host.deny entries
Any ideas wht is causing the problem? Also durring the time Im trying to
ftp in, netstat hangs as well.
