   The driver is buggy on every platform it runs on (and there are
   several, specifically ones with non-DMA-coherent caches, that it
   doesn't run on, but which siop does).


additionally, the 'ncr' driver has no chance in hell of working on the
ultrasparc, but the 'siop' reported does...


'ncr' driver is dead.  long live 'siop'.. :)
