Who says my mail server isn't valid? My mail server is just as good as
my ISP's mail server, thank you very much. I have no idea if it's on the
MAPS DUL, but I do have a dial-up connection to my ISP.

And since my mail server works just fine, I see very little reason to
use my ISP's mail server (it's only when I have to email large files to
multiple recipients that I think it might be a bit nicer on my ISDN line
to only have to send the thing once... but I try to avoid having to
email large files).
