However, most sites using ORBS don't check what address is returned by the
ORBS list - they only check for *existence*, which is the reason the MAPS
system has more than one list.  Blocking anything listed in ORBS, while
f*$&ing annoying because of some of the manual entries in there, is what
these sites do.  And the ORBS maintainer doesn't really care to educate
people enough to use his list properly.

Which would be perfectly fine to use if it were a *separate* domain list.
