Well, I figure I'll use this, if I can get other parts for
reasonable. Why let it sit around, when I can put it to work as a firewall,
or some other server purpose. As for speed, it's still faster the the 166
Multias I have...

I did try the fail safe on that machine, with no luck. It all points to

FYI, according to DEC's "Multia MultiClient Desktop Service
Information" book (p/n EK-MULTS-IN.C01), on page 5, Specifications, it lists
the 166MHz as a Digital '21066-AA (LCA)' CPU model, and the 233 as '21068-AA
(LCA)'
