Does anyone know how to get a DEC 3000/400 to boot into Console Mode?
I have tried going from the 25pin printer port to my 9 pin serial port with 
a null modem adapter attached and I get no output to the console software I 
am running. I tried to make a cable from MMJ to DB9 and that also didn't 
work. The keyboard and video cable are unattached during this sequence. I 
am able to boot  into the SRM console with the keyboard and video attached, 
but when I boot NetBSD from cd I get some errors that it can't find some 
files and then I eventually get a prompt that it is switching to the serial 
console and I still get nothing on the console software. Any help is 
greatly appreciated.
