300L model was added later in product family probably to replace DECstation
5000/2x. I'm afraid it's impossible to have "larger" framebuffer memory in
that model. I have no clue this moment about how Andy approached "dual
head"-ness of Xserver which may provide :0.1 screen besides :0.0.
BTW, CXT == HX.
