I don't know, but start pulling, if you like. The three sites I know
of are:
ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub
ftp://ftp.europe.digital.com/pub
http://gatekeeper.dec.com/pub

...the two ftp:// sites seem to be rejecting connections from my Netscape
browser, but WS-FTP connected to ftp.digital.com fine...
