This is usually an issue with interrupts not getting delivered.
Do you have any way to move the CD to the other SCSI busses ?
If so please check if it appears in the SRM show dev before booting.
Btw, why do you have
scsibus1: waiting 2 seconds for devices to settle ...
2 times ? Or is it a typo and you meant scsibus2 for the second one ?
