I don't know how to do this in your environment, but there is a DOS-based 
utility call DACCF that does it at 
http://www.mylex.com/support/productgd/index.html if you can pop the card in 
an Intel box for a minute.  This is what I use for my DAC960s.  You might 
also be able to upgrade the BIOS with the included tools; alternatively, you 
might have to get new BIOS from Mylex tech support.
