FYI, while looking for SRM upgrade I found winNT/alpha executables that can
be run from the arc console (my 2100 has both SRM and ARC in the eprom):
ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/Digital/Alpha/firmware/v6.4/utility/swxcrmgr/
With theses I've been able to update the firmare, and run the config utility
on the alpha.
