GENERIC in 1.6 supports TC 3000/600, but it does not support
any TC framebuffers though TCWSCONS kernel in 1.6 supports them.
TC fb supports are merged into GENERIC in -current since
MI zs8530 driver was fixed to handle quirks of zsc on TC IOASIC.
