On the CS20 (and probably DS20L too) the fxp/SCB ethernet device will timeout
and operate intermittenly.

I believe this was fixed in later 1.6.x releases, but possibly didn't get
merged into the 2.x code.  Has this already been done or could someone 
make the updates?
