Looks like your box has no default boot filename or
flags set?
At the SRM prompt:
>>> b -flags s -file netbsd dqa0
to boot into single user mode

to boot into multi user mode
I think the kernel is named netbsd.alpha or some such
rather than just netbsd on the ISO image I've been
playing with.
