I believe these were due to some faulty RAM.  I have removed the ram from the
machine and these went away.

I have no idea about the nfs panic.. could have been a one time thing.. the
machine is however happily bulk building 3.0/alpha pkgsrc now.. so I'll upload
pkgs every week or so as they get built.
