Reseate every connector? Sometimes this helps to get connections going
that degenerated / coroded over time.

Serial console? Sometimes the firmawre is still able to send diagnostic
messages on the serial port when it can't do so on the framebuffer.
(Unplug the keyboard to force the machine to serial console.)
