Hi all,
With my recent acquisition (well, acquisition of a loan machine) of an
AlphaServer 800, I'm quite keen on trying X on it. Looking at the "XFree on
Alpha" thread of January, I see that hubertf@ posted a patch to include
XFree86 as part of the build on Alpha, but looking at my local tree, I see
it hasn't been committed.
FWICS, the feedback seemed positive - is there any reason why the patch
hasn't been committed? I'd like to use a non TGA/PowerStorm, etc video
card so need to use XFree86...
