Ohh, my bad - the original patch I added to fix big endian machines was
fed back to the maintainers, but not the later fix for it to make it work
on little endian machines again. Now with the latest update the patches
were removed completely - and voila, little endian machines were broken
again.

I've fixed pkgsrc and mailed the patch to the maintainers now.
