Uh, the PC164 was a 21164A (EV56) system (I have a couple). Highest
clock rate was 600 MHz (for the PC164LX).
EV6 (as I understand it) refers to the 21264 CPU, which for a
workstation would mean a Compaq XP1000, or DEC DS10 type system ...
Is that what you meant?
I tried to commit as much of this sort of info as I could into
alpha/intro(4) quite a while ago, though it clearly needs updating
