Early -current DIAGNOSTIC kernel panic on alpha

Hi,

I just wanted to update a Digital PWS500au running flawlessly
NetBSD/alpha 4.99.1 for quite some time now. Unfortunately, a -current
GENERIC+DIAGNOSTIC kernel panics early ...
