I think that you have a bootloader problem.
Is the bootloader installed properly?
Also, boot as:
>>> BOOT DKA0 -FLAGS 0
Or
>>> SET BOOT_OSFLAGS 0
>>> BOOT DKA0
Try this and let me know.
