Maybe this helps:
RAM 256 MB, 8 x 32 MB parity 72 pin PS/2 SIMMs (Max. 256 MB,
according to the HP's website specs)
especially parity and organization. mustnt be dec parts (i shoveled
some ram into a 3000/300 aswell, just needs to work)

ymmv... maybe you can find a cheap bunch and go trial-and-error... old
