As was reported by several people, the amd64 ISO image on ftp.netbsd.org
(pub/NetBSD/iso/2.0/amd64cd.iso) wasn't bootable. This was due to an
error in the distribution build system. This has been fixed, and I have
built a new ISO image, which has now replaced the old one. The contents
are unchanged, but this time around it boots.
