having fxp0 card put into PCI slot, that gets ioapic pin 10 (same as USB) 
= about 90000 interrupts/second no matter if any communication on network 
is done and about 70% CPU load

turning off USB in BIOS fixes the problem. anyway - i would like to use 
USB devices.

any idea?


without USB CPU gets few % under full bandwidth network load
