a quick solution is remove the entire files
/usr/src/obj and /usr/src/tools 

$ sudo rm -rf /usr/src/obj/* && sudo rm -rf
/usr/src/tools/*
$ cd /usr/src
$ sudo ./build.sh -O ../obj -T ../tools tools
$ sudo ./build.sh -O ../obj -T ../tools distribution

can you do it ?
