That's the catch:  amd64's INSTALL doesn't include ixpide(4), so it uses
pciide(4), which is of course suboptimal because it doesn't do DMA.

GENERIC, however, has it, so the problem will disappear as soon as the
system is installed.

I'll add ixpide(4) support to INSTALL.
