Hi,

While debugging powernow_k8 in 32bit mode, I modified the current
powernow_k7 LKM to add support for powernow_k8. It should work
in Athlon M cpus (powernow_k7) and Athlon 64 cpus (powernow_k8).

Anybody with this cpu could please try the LKM? to test it you'll have
to remove "options POWERNOW_K[78]" from the kernel and load
the module with modstat -f if you are not using NetBSD/i386 4.99.1.
