There are many ways...
Probably the easiest is to start booting the install cd, then press the
space bar during the 10 second countdown.
You are then given a prompt and typing 'boot hd0a:' should boot you into
netbsd.
From there it is (probbaly) 'just' a matter of running netbsd's fdisk
to re-install the mbr_bootsel code.

It might be worth checking that your windows install has written
something sensible to the start of its mbr partition before overwriting
sector 0.

Certainly saving it in a file might be useful.
