Would anyone object if I enabled:

makeoptions    COPTS="-O2 -fno-omit-frame-pointer"
options        DDB             # in-kernel debugger


for amd64 GENERIC?  Most other arches have DDB by default, and it's been
really, really annoying me that amd64 doesn't.  :)

If folks agree, I'll do it, and also request pullup to netbsd-4 (but not
3 or 2).
