My userland is older, but only slightly. > I've reinstalled from a full 4.99.48 (from NetBSD-daily/HEAD/200712300000Z) but it does not help. I've also tried not having /usr on a dedicated FFSv2 partition. Then tried having the firmware on the same partition as /. Both didn't help :-( I took wpi-firmware2 from "pub/NetBSD/packages/current-packages/NetBSD/x86_64/4.0/sysutils" as I understood it was just a file copy of the firmware. Maybe this is the thing that is not right ? TIA, Jo
