Hi,

No, "warning: no /dev/console" message is not a an issue. You will
always see this message from CD setup. I am not a developer but I
think last lines of the log will be more useful to them. You can try
to boot without acpi or/and smp support. You can try to remove some
hardware (USB devices, additional cards) to see if those are the cause
of the problem.
