possible hint to solve "/sbin/poweroff not working (NetBSD-current)"

I reported that `/sbin/shutoff -p` (`poweroff`) is not working for me
in the post "/sbin/poweroff not working (NetBSD-current)":
https://marc.info/?l=netbsd-port-amd64&m=165138677005557&w=2.

While studying how to check the battery charge level I discovered the
command `envstat -D`. The output from that command listed the exact
same processes where the shutdown sequence stopped. They all seem to
be drivers for sensors.

# envstat -D
acpiacad0 (checking events every 30 seconds)
acpibat0 (checking events every 30 seconds)
acpitz0 (checking events every 30 seconds)
coretemp0 (checking events every 30 seconds)
coretemp1 (checking events every 30 seconds)

Hope this information may lead to a solution. TIA

Henry
