Well, check that the script is executable (chmod u+x install.sh) and that
the other binary it uses (afair /usr/local/install/install) is also
executable.

Well, recheck your /etc/grfmodes file/. Read the man pages of grfconfig to
see which values you have to change to see the rest of the screen.
Make sure you initialise the grfmodes with "grfconfig /dev/grf5
/etc/grfmodes" in your /etc/rc.local file. (Im not sure if its grf5 as
thats the mode for CV64 (not 3D)).
