How to use GVP-ioExtender

Hello, Please someone answer my quiestion.

My Amiga has GVP-ioExtender, and there is the ioExtender's driver
in NetBSD 1.4.  I try to enable that driver, but it don't work
correctly.  (NetBSD is freezed in detecting ioExtender at boot
process)

I checked the source code and ioExtender's document, didn't find
any mistakes.

Why this trouble was happen, and what I work to correct it?
