cross-compile question

Sorry if this is a FAQ question, but a quick search in the mail list archives
didn't give me a real good answer.

Here is my question

I have access to a reasonably fast PC on which I run Linux and I was wondering
if it is possible to use that to cross-compile the NetBSD kernel.

What do I need to do that if it is at all possible ?
