Hello !
Last night I've been facing a new problem : /usr is nearly full.
No wonder, because there are lots odf sources (pkgsrc, sys, xsrc etc.) =
which I want to keep. A 'make clean' doesn't help any longer ;-(
My harddrive with NetBSD looks like this :
sd3b /swap : 256 MB (NBS)
ad3a /root : 300 MB (NBR)
sd3d /usr : 600 MB (NBU)
sd3e /amiga : 300 MB (AmigaDOS-FFS)
Viper : 1600 MB (AmigaOS-SFS)
What about splitting Viper: into 2 partitions, and enabling an /usr2 on=
one of them :
sd3b /swap : 256 MB (NBS)
ad3a /root : 300 MB (NBR)
sd3d /usr : 600 MB (NBU)
sd3e /amiga : 300 MB (AmigaDOS-FFS)
sd3? /usr : 600 MB (NBU)
Viper : 1000 MB (AmigaOS-SFS)
What are the steps to make NetBSD recognize /usr2 ? I think about makin=
g a new device or finding out what /dev/sd3? is associated with /usr2 a=
nd adding a line into /etc/fstab. So how can I write FFS to /usr2 (part=
iton already prepared with HDToolBox : NBU/07).
Thanks for any suggestions.
