Strange error compileing 1.5 kernel

Hi,

        I'm trying to compile a 1.5 kernel but I get the following error
        while building the kernel:

        Has anyone else seen this error while trying to build? I've re-supp'd
        the sources, re-installed headers, etc. but I still get the error.
