ra_colorize_free_all still problematic

Hi,

I tried out that patch:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2003-10/msg00226.html

But it still doesn't work (?). What's the easiest way to introduce an -O2
into the entire build? I don't want to have to recurseively edit
Makefiles...
