No fdformat?

Hi, all,

I noticed that there's no fdformat for Amiga. What can be used in it's 
place?

According to the fdc man page:

     In order to detect a floppy disk drive's capability of using high-density
     media, a high-density diskette has to be inserted for the duration of the
     autoconfiguration phase of the drive.

Is there a kernel config option for people who want the high density 
capability hard coded into the kernel?
