Another test: ppc/68K board reset support

Hello,

please test after the next sup & rebuild, whether this works for you.
You need to re-config your kernel, and add 

"options P5PPC68KBOARD"

This is reset code derived from what LinuxPPC does. At least my 68040/PPC board
won't reboot without.. it hangs "down".

Please report wether 68060/PPC boards rebooot with this.
