You may be able to find the addresses from the arcbios.  The rPC44
bios can look at all the nodes in the BIOS config tree and report
where they are.

I'm also reasonably sure that WinNT will tell you this as well, but it
has been so long since I've tried to do this that I don't know the how
to tell you how to proceed.
