Thanks, I'll give the SPARC instructions a look. The i386 instruction are
useless for this machine. Its the way it boots that is causing more problems
than anything. I'm currently in the process of attempting a network install.
I would be glad to contribute my findings to an install doc when I get a
successful install done. Who would be the person to talk to about approving
and posting such a doc?

I'm CC'ing the port-arc list on this, and setting the Reply-To to your
address; hopefully the folks there will be able to help you out a bit.

If you were looking for any documentation besides the INSTALL doc, I'd
suggest looking at the corresponding info for a different port. Even
so, it might be useful to look at the INSTALL.html file for a
different port. The i386 install doc, for example, is at
<URL:ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.5/i386/INSTALL.html>.

Also, I noticed that the arc port's page has a link to the
diskless-boot page. This may indicate that arc only install via a
diskless boot. If that's the case, I seem to recall that the sparc64
port's INSTALL document has some info on installing from a diskless
boot.

If all else fails, you may be able to get some help by sending mail to
<netbsd-help@netbsd.org>.

Thanks for your interest in NetBSD!

Chris
