You may be able to resolve this problem by increasing NKMEMPAGES
like follows:

	in kernel configuration file:
		options NKMEMPAGES=NEWVALUE
	or directly changing kernel binary:
		# gdb --write /netbsd
		(gdb) set nkmempages=NEWVALUE
		(gdb) quite
		# objcopy --output-target=ecoff-littlemips netbsd netbsd.ecoff

The default value of nkmempages is:
	(total_physical_memory)/4/4096,
so you have to specify larger value than this for NEWVALUE.
(4096 is page size).
