arm ELF isn't ready for prime time at the moment, see the list of outstanding 
issues the Ben posted to port-arm.  Switching -current to it might be ok, but 
when we do fix the outstanding issues you may find that libraries built now 
will not work with libraries built then.

Please reconsider this change.
