Well, it's been a month since the last one...

Needed before any port changes to ELF:
* make system build with -fshort-enums. [bjh21]
* make sure that enums in existing ABIs are wide enough for future uses.
* (gcc) fix structure returning to match ATPCS. [rearnsha]

Needed before 1.6 release:
* (acorn32) bootloader ELF symbol support [reinoud]
* sysinst support for transition [skrll]
* (gdb) support VFP-format doubles. [bjh21]

Things to do eventually:
* (kernel) enable alignment traps for ELF executables on machines that can
  do this. [thorpej]
* (gdb) merge support into FSF sources. [bjh21]
