I have committed support for using wscons as console on netwinder.
Please send-pr any problems.


PS: The way igsfb(4) memory is premapped is kludgy.  I don't like it,
but I thought that working wscons outweights the kludginess.  Folks
familiar with ARM code are invited to take a look at "XXX: uwe" in
netwinder_machdep.c and suggest a better solution.  What I did is
similar to the special case for VGA in footbridge_mem_bs_map, only not
as clean.
