Mount_mfs does not appear in the base.tgz that I downloaded from netbsd.org;
the only place I have seen it is the base.tgz on the 1.6F Wasabi CD that
came with the iq80321. Here is the listing from my 1.6.1 downloaded and
extracted tarball; no mount_mfs:

I am not using this Intel-supplied backplane. It might help; I'll see if I
can get one.
I am using another eval board (IBM 440GP) with a PCI-X connector -- hence
the reason I am suspicious; however, I have played with many of the jumper
settings on both boards.

Which ones do you want: 1.6F from the Wasabi CD, 1.6.1, or 1.6.2_RC4?
How do you want it, direct email? It'll be about 3-4 MBytes.
Actually, you can get the same thing from netbsd.org -- same place I got
them:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.6.1/evbarm/binary/kernel and sets
ftp://releng.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-1-6-PATCH002-RC4/200401080800/evbarm/binary/kernel
and sets
Thanks,
Chris.
