It seems at least the TS-arm target of port-evbarm hasn't been able to 
build since around Dec 3. Some quick grepping suggests other evbarm 
targets should have the same problem; I posted to current-users about it 
on Dec 16, without any response:

Is anyone currently working on repairing port-evbarm since those IPL 
changes were committed?
