Allwinner A64 support added to -current

Hi folks --

I've added support for Allwinner A64 to the SUNXI kernel in -current. If you have a Pine64 or Pine64+, I've created a sysutils/u-boot-pine64 package that you can use.

The sun50i-a64 .dtb files are not yet built with the SUNXI kernel as I need to adjust the build scripts to grab them from the arm64 directory. For now you can use the dtb files from the sysutils/dtb-arm64-sun50i package.

Basic things that should work: UART, MMC, USB (EHCI/OHCI), GPIO. Note if you are using a Pine64 based board, only the bottom USB jack will work at the moment as the top one is wired to the USB OTG controller.

Pretty sure ethernet and HDMI will work if you add the right magic to the dts file, but haven't had a chance to test either one yet.

I've included a boot log from my Pine64+ below.

Have fun!

Cheers,
Jared

NetBSD 8.99.1 (SUNXI) #142: Wed Sep 6 21:51:26 ADT 2017

Welcome to NetBSD!

This system is running a beta release of the NetBSD operating system, aimed
at stabilizing the next formal release. It is close to formal release quality,
but may still contain bugs, even serious ones. Please bear this in mind and
use the system with care.

You are encouraged to test this version as thoroughly as possible. Should you
encounter any problem, please report it back to the development team using the
send-pr(1) utility (requires a working MTA). If yours is not properly set up,
use the web interface at: http://www.NetBSD.org/support/send-pr.html

Thank you for helping us test and improve this beta NetBSD release.

We recommend that you create a non-root account and use su(1) for root access.
