I have enabled console ttyE1 and ttyE2.

Note that twm starts fine, it's just not user friendly at all - esp with 
this "trackpad".
I'm just trying to start xfwm4 and it bails with no screen to manage.
Google says xfm4 thinks another wm is running, but this is clearly not 
the case.
